By booking a tour with Morocco Trip Experts, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.
Booking Process
To confirm your tour, we require a deposit of 30% of the total tour price. The remaining 70% is due upon arrival in Morocco, payable in cash (Euros, US Dollars, or Moroccan Dirhams) or by card (a small service fee may apply).
A booking is considered confirmed only after we have received your deposit and sent you a confirmation email.
Prices and Inclusions
All tour prices are quoted per vehicle, not per person. Our prices include:
- Private 4×4 air-conditioned transport with fuel
- Accommodation in hand-selected riads and luxury desert camps
- English-speaking driver/guide throughout the tour
- Camel trek at sunset and sunrise in Merzouga (desert tours)
- Breakfasts and select traditional dinners as specified in the itinerary
- Mineral water on board
Our prices do not include:
- International flights and travel insurance
- Lunch meals (unless specified)
- Drinks and personal expenses
- Monument entrance fees
- Driver/guide gratuity (recommended €5-10 per day)
Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days before departure – Full refund of deposit minus 10% administration fee
- 15 to 29 days before departure – 50% refund of deposit
- 7 to 14 days before departure – 25% refund of deposit
- Less than 7 days before departure – No refund of deposit
- No show – No refund
Changes to Your Booking
If you need to change your travel dates or itinerary, we will do our best to accommodate your request free of charge, subject to availability. Changes requested less than 7 days before departure may incur a fee of €50.
Cancellation by Morocco Trip Experts
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, or safety concerns). In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule your tour at no additional cost.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory for all our tours. We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and emergency evacuation, including desert activities such as camel trekking and 4×4 excursions.
Responsibility and Liability
Morocco Trip Experts acts as an organizer of private tours. We work with trusted local partners including hotels, transport companies, and guides. While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, we are not liable for:
- Delays, accidents, or injuries caused by third-party service providers
- Loss or damage of personal belongings
- Weather conditions or natural events affecting the itinerary
- Medical issues or travel illnesses
We reserve the right to modify the itinerary if necessary due to weather, road conditions, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements of equal value.
Passports and Visas
You are responsible for ensuring that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned departure date from Morocco. Most nationalities (US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand) do not require a visa for stays up to 90 days. Please check with your local Moroccan embassy before travel.
Health Requirements
No mandatory vaccines are required for Morocco. However, we recommend that you are up to date with routine vaccines including Hepatitis A, Typhoid, and Tetanus. Please consult your doctor before travel.
Children and Infants
Children of all ages are welcome on our private tours. We can provide baby seats and adjust the pace of the tour for families. Children under 4 years old travel free. Children aged 4 to 12 receive a 30% discount on the tour price.
Special Requests
If you have dietary restrictions, mobility concerns, or any special requirements, please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your tour, please inform your driver/guide immediately so that we can resolve the issue on the spot. If the problem persists, you may submit a written complaint within 14 days of your tour completion to moroccotripexperts@gmail.com.
Governing Law
These Booking Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes arising from your booking will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
